The Missing Link

Between Computing
and Optics

Manufacturable optical infrastructure for the next generation of AI display rimless eyewear computing.

We don’t build another pair of smart glasses

Designed for mass manufacturing

Optics engineered from day one for injection moulding and industrial-scale output, not for one-off prototypes.

Rimless, lightweight, prescription ready

Components that disappear into ordinary eyewear — so designers keep their freedom and wearers keep their prescription.

AI-optimised optical computing

Embedded photonics, laser beam scanning and compute modules built to carry real AI workloads at the temple point.

Built with European research & industry

Developed alongside leading institutes and manufacturers across Europe and Israel.

The bottleneck

The industry can design AI eyewear. It cannot yet manufacture it.

Every optical breakthrough in AR and XR eventually meets the same wall: the assembly line. Waveguides, micro-optics and embedded photonics are still produced like laboratory pieces, not like lenses.

BenarioXR builds the layer underneath — the fabrication platform, master moulds and optical components that let manufacturers put AI displays into ordinary, rimless, prescription-ready eyewear.

The components

Three parts that unlock rimless AI, XR and AR eyewear

Designers lose their freedom the moment optics dictate the frame. These three components hand it back.
  1. Front semi-finished lens mould

    Component 01

    Front semi-finished lens mould

Our microfabrication platform is the backbone of mass-manufacturing know-how, opening the door to ordinary eyewear frames and lenses with a wide field of view — produced at very low cost in large quantities through injection moulding of PMMA lenses. It allows prisms at angles that bend light in ways that seem impossible in nature.

  2. LBS projector and sensor module

    Component 02

    LBS projector and sensor module

An ultra-low-power piezoelectric laser beam-scanning module with a sub-0.01 mm mirror and a front lightguide embedded at the semi-finished stage — bridging the computing world and the lens world inside a 2 × 2 × 4 mm module at the temple point.

  3. SoC computing and communication module

    Component 03

    SoC computing and communication module

The compute and connectivity layer that turns an optical assembly into a wearable computer, sized and powered for all-day rimless eyewear.
